1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WebTools, a service operated by DraftRapid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WebTools provides online developer tools including but not limited to:

• Free tools: JSON formatter, Base64 encoder, UUID generator, and more
• Pro tools: Image compression, PDF manipulation, background removal, and more

All processing happens client-side in your browser where possible. Your data is not stored on our servers unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Subscription Terms

Free Plan: Access to 18 essential tools with no signup required.

Pro Plan ($9/month):

• Access to all free tools plus 8 premium tools
• Batch processing capabilities
• Priority support
• No usage limits
• Billed monthly, cancel anytime

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days.

After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for unused time. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account will revert to the Free plan

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Share Pro account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our tools without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WebTools are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
